List below each class
in which the NMCRS Visiting Nurse was a presenter.
If the Visiting Nurse was one
of the primary speakers, include the number of
participants in the class, and then put the total number
of people in those classes on the Monthly Report
under Patient Contacts,
"Class Participants." Be sure to list the number of classes at
which you were a primary speaker under "Additional
Duties," Primary Speaker.
If the Visiting Nurse presented
information in the class, but did not have the opportunity for extensive
interaction with those attending the class, this is considered a "Contributor"
class. In these cases, put "C (##) [for "contributor] in the column
for "number in class" with the number of people in the class in
paraentheses. While the number of Contributor classes is recorded under Additional Duties, the number
attending is not included on the monthly report. However, that number is used
for a different statistical report and is valuable information. |
