Relief Society, to be photographed by myself and/or with accompanying family members or Society

staff members, without compensation. I understand that these pictures are intended for use in

supporting Society publicity materials, press releases and posting on the NMCRS web site

I also consent to interviews with a representative of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society,

understanding that my comments, with attribution to me, may be used in Society promotional

materials, including posters, flyers, calendars, brochures, web site etc.

I understand that these images and my words will be retained by the Navy-Marine Corps Relief

Society and will only be used as outlined above. Although they could appear in Society publications

or in a base or station newspaper, the Society will not release them for any other purpose without

my further consent in advance.
